Natalie – Operations Manager

Natalie joined the NASC team as Operations Manager in November 2017, after previously leading and supporting a team owned by a small group of doctors. Natalie has come on board to help NASC transition into a professional and passionate corporation while retaining and building a positive culture and a seamless national team. Natalie has also worked in local government, SA Ambulance, animal welfare, banking and the private health sector.


The Client Service Team provides administrative support including liaising with funding bodies and assisting in the organisation and implementation of service provision to Clients with a disability.

Alex – Client Service/Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator

Alex commenced with NASC in January 2012. He possesses a solid, broad understanding of the disability sector, combined with energy and enthusiasm. Alex has undertaken extensive Return to Work SA training. His caring personality has facilitated him to develop a strong rapport with many Support Workers and Clients.

Tracy – Duty Officer

Tracy commenced with NASC in November 2015. She has a strong background in providing administrative support, scheduling and customer service in the support services sector. Tracy’s qualifications include Certificate III in Community Services and Health, Business Administration Medical and Certificate IV Frontline Management. Tracy also maintains her Individual Support qualification.

Rod – Customer Relations/Employment Officer

Rod joined the NASC team in [date]. Rod has gained a wealth of personal experience in disability, coupled with a vibrant personality, empathy and a passion to assist Clients to fulfil their goals and participate in community activities that enhance quality of life.

Cathy – Operations Administrator

Cathy commenced in March 2017 and has an extensive background in designing and implementing administrative systems within the private, government and community services sector. Cathy is heavily involved with policy and procedure development, accreditation and development of administrative processes.

Taylor – Accounts Payable/Payroll

Taylor assists with financial operations at NASC. She is responsible for accounts payable and payroll, and assisting the administration team. Taylor is a strong team player, and is willing to take on new duties and responsibilities that contribute to an efficient, customer focused environment.

Kylie – Reception

Kylie had been providing administrative support within the Barossa wine sector for many years before coming to NASC as Receptionist in June 2017. Kylie is responsible for front desk reception and provides administrative support to all office staff.  Kylie has great skills and is a very versatile, efficient and friendly face for the organisation.
